Livestream Yoga Series
Join US for a cozy season of self-care & mindful movement. Our six-week, signature yoga classes are taught in “real-time” (in the comfort of your home).
Classes begin the week of October 27th, 2025.
No classes the week of November 24th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.

My OM Experience
Create a custom, six-week package (at a discounted rate) - with two or three livestream sessions per week during the current series. Note: classes are the same as those listed above. Simply choose your package, and indicate your practice style preference in the notes section at checkout. Classes begin October 27th.

Three Sessions Per Week Package = 18 Sessions
Self Care - Class Pass
Recharge from the hustle and bustle of the season with our single-session livestream class pass.

Friends & Family Yoga
Couples, friends, and/or family members who practice yoga together are healthier together! If you and your spouse, adult child, partner, or bestie would like to practice together (in the same space), this package is for you. Two yoga friends and one monitor equals a fun 60 minute experience with built in support and camaraderie! Click the link for details!
Yoga Gift Certificates
Urban Solace Yoga & Wellness gift certificates are well received any time of year and may be redeemed for our six-week yoga packages. Great for holidays, birthdays, and special celebrations. Gift certificates are customizable and can be purchased online.
