Prior to Exercise:
Before beginning any exercise program, including the programs offered by Urban Solace Yoga & Wellness, individuals should consult with their physician to determine if the program or activities are safe and appropriate for their current health status and obtain formal clearance to participate in physical activity. Not all exercises and fitness programs are suitable for everyone - and some may result in injury. Activities should be safely performed with caution and at a pace that is comfortable for the user. Users should discontinue participation in any fitness activity that causes pain or discomfort. In such event, medical consultation should be immediately obtained.
Tuckered Turkey Stretch:
Whether you’re recovering from the Turkey Trot or decompressing from a week of holiday prep, this mini Gentle Flow session is designed to be a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of the season.
